Hypnosis is an excellent way to kick bad habits, de-stress, remove phobias, or learn more about oneself and what makes you tick. When in hypnosis you are in complete control of yourself. You won’t quack like a duck or walk like a chicken like in the movies. You remember everything and won’t get “stuck” in hypnosis. Most people find it to be a very relaxing and beautiful experience. The only prerequisite for hypnosis is you have to WANT it. Whether it’s kicking the smoking habit or to handle anxiety better you have to want to be hypnotized for these things. Megan was taught under Mark Johnson, a second generation hypnotherapist and is certified by the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.
